California’s newest international wine 和 food festival shines a spotlight on the makers behind the magic

The well-heeled 索诺玛县 town of claros公司, 与 its winning combination of rural charm 和 world-class food 和 wine, has long been a go-to getaway for those seeking laid-back sophistication 与 a stunning vineyard backdrop. 5月20-22日, 著名的厨师, 酿酒师, 和 other artisans will converge on Northern California wine country’s buzziest destination for the claros公司葡萄酒 & 食物的经验—California’s newest international festival.

The three-day event will feature 30 celebrated chefs—from 冠Luedtke of 恩吃+喝 in Guerneville to Ray Garcia of Broken 西班牙语 in 洛杉矶—showcasing their talents at multiple venues through intimate tastings, 研讨会, 烹饪示范, 还有从农场到餐桌的午餐. The event is already generating plenty of excitement in foodie circles 和 attendance is limited for some events. Packages range from $65 for “à la carte” experiences to $3,700 for the Ultra VIP Package. claros公司 residents get a $50 discount on the Gr和 Tasting, reducing the ticket price to $150.

Afterward, participants from the day’s tours gather at 达顿农场 for a down-home barbecue lunch featuring Tim Love, the “Texas Cowboy Chef.”

Matt Horn的Live Fire烧烤马特·霍恩,奥克兰棒球队的教练 角烧烤, is going whole-hog for this casual `cue-和-wine feast at 美迪森. A fundraiser for the claros公司 High School Future Farmers of America (FFA), the meal features a whole pig raised by an FFA student.
